〇Opening hours: 9:00am～4:00pm
〇Eligible people: Those who have the vaccination voucher sent from Toyohashi City for the 3rd dose.
※Not applicable for children 12～17 years old.
〇How to make the reservation:
・Toyohashi WEB Reservation Site (24-hour reception)
・Toyohashi COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center (8:30am～5:15pm)

※Reservations can be made in English, Portuguese and Spanish
〇Type of vaccine: Vaccine manufactured by Moderna
※The 3rd dose of the vaccine manufactured by Moderna will be half the amount of the 1st and 2nd dose.
※Alternate vaccination is approved, and those who received the vaccine manufactured by Pfizer for the 1st and 2nd dose can also receive the vaccine manufactured by Moderna for the 3rd dose.
〇Other
・If the mass vaccination will be canceled due to disasters such as typhoons, we will post the information on Toyohashi City’s webpage by 6:00 on the day of the vaccination. The substitute day in case of cancelation will also be posted on the webpage. Please call the call center if you cannot check the webpage.
