I am Dindo M. Abueg, a Municipal Councilor from the Municipality of Pililla, Province of Rizal in the Philippines. The place where I came from offers a distinct kind of nature and culture where visitors that surely love. My hometown houses the 54 MW Pililla Wind Farm and the sweetest and juiciest pineapple in the whole country.
みなさん、こんにちは。
私は、ディンド　アブエグです。フィリピンのRizal州Pililla市の行政職員です。私のまちは、独特の自然と文化を持ち、訪れた人が必ず好きになるところです。「54MW（メガワット）Pililla Wind Farm」という風力発電の施設や、とても甘くジューシーなパイナップルもあります。

Having been selected to participate in the 2017 Local Government Training Program in this magnificent country Japan is a big opportunity and turning point in my personal, professional and political career. I have read so much about Japan and my fascination to people, places and most especially its culture is now just right in front of me. Experiencing all of those will make me love Japan even more than before.
私が「海外協力交流研修員受入事業（LGOTP）」の研修生に選ばれたことは、素晴らしい機会であり、個人的にも自分のキャリアの上でも大きなターニングポイントです。日本についてたくさん調べてきましたが、今まさに、その魅力的な人々や場所、文化が私の目の前にあります。ここで経験することの全てが、私を今まで以上に日本のファンにすると思います。

I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and gratitude to the City Government of Toyohashi for welcoming me in this beautiful city in open arms. I am very grateful in coming to this city and experience living here and hoping to learn more about Toyohashi and so Japan.
私は、豊橋市に心から感謝しています。この美しい町に、私をあたたかく迎えてくれて本当にありがとうございます。豊橋に来ることができて、とてもうれしいです。これから豊橋市や日本のことをもっと学びたいと思います。
 
During my stay as a trainee at the Multicultural Society and International Affairs Division, I will perform in my utmost capacity what the City Government and the training course is expected of me to do. Establish rapport and good working relationship with co-workers, adopt the work ethics and discipline and most especially reach and connect to the Filipino community in Toyohashi and establish a symbiotic relationship between the community and the City Government.
多文化共生・国際課での研修中は、自分に期待されている最高のパフォーマンスをしたいと思います。同僚の皆さんとよい関係を築き、日本の仕事の仕方や規律に馴染み、そして、何よりも豊橋市内のフィリピン人コミュニティとの関係を築き、市とコミュニティとの「共生」の関係を構築したいです。
